Yearly we buy a cow, splitting it in 4's with my siblings. This year we not only got our quarter of a cow but decided to get a hog as well. Needless to say that we have plenty of meat, now the challenge is to use it. It is very handy to go out to our freezer and get steaks, roasts, bacon, brats, hamburger meat, and so on. I am happy to say that since I took this picture we have made a dent in our supply.

Got Meat?
Yearly we buy a cow, splitting it in 4's with my siblings. This year we not only got our quarter of a cow but decided to get a hog as well.
